STEWRD

Terms of service

Last updated 22 August 2026

Stewrd is operated by Loxicom. Using it means agreeing to what follows.

Accounts

You are responsible for what happens under your login, so keep it to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think somebody else has it. A church may remove your access to that church at any time; a church can never remove its own last owner.

What a church agrees to

The church signing up is responsible for the records it keeps, for having a lawful basis for keeping them, and for who at the church it grants access to. You agree not to upload anything unlawful, and not to use Stewrd to send messages that the recipient has not agreed to receive.

Paying for it

Giving and donations

Donations are charged on your church's own payment account. Your church is the merchant of record — the money does not pass through Loxicom. Processor fees are your processor's; our fee is stated in your plan. You are responsible for the accuracy of the tax statements you issue, and for meeting the rules that apply to your church.

Your data

Your records remain yours. You can export them at any time, and you can ask for an export after you cancel. We do not sell them and we do not use them to train anything. See Privacy.

Availability

We work hard to keep Stewrd running and make no promise that it never goes down. We will give notice of planned maintenance where we can.

Ending it

You can close your church's account whenever you like. We may suspend an account that is not paid for, or one being used unlawfully — and where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

Liability

Stewrd is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Loxicom's total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
